Relationships are one of the most important aspects of our lives, yet we can often forget just how crucial our connections with other people are for our physical and mental health and wellbeing.

It is the quality of our relationships that matters. In seeking to combat loneliness and isolation we need to be aware that poor-quality relationships can be toxic and worse for our mental health than being alone. Research shows that people in unhappy or negative relationships have significantly worse outcomes than those who are isolated or have no relationships.

3 Keys Habits For Building Better Relationships

BECOME A GREAT LISTENER

Everyone has the basic desire to be heard and understood. Unfortunately few of us are taught how to be great listeners. Most people are too busy thinking of what they want to say next to really listen to what the other person is saying.

ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS

The best way to let people know that we hear them is to make sure that we first understand what they are saying. To do this we dig deeper and ask questions. We repeat back to them what they said in our own words to make sure what we heard makes sense to us. One possible way of making this happen is to say, “What I heard you say was . . .”

PAY ATTENTION TO THE WHOLE PERSON

We tend to remember and appreciate the people who ask us if everything is okay, even if we haven’t told them that anything is wrong. This tells us they are paying attention to us, and we all want that.

As Conclusion :

noun. a connection, association, or involvement. connection between persons by blood or marriage. an emotional or other connection between people: the relationship between teachers and students.

If you MISS somthing you need over think what you did or didn’t and not every thing is your fault but try always be better persone in every thing try and try and every thing will be GOOD ❤
